In this one day retreat, we will gather to reflect on the portal we are currently in- the Spring Equinox- where there is equal day and equal night. We’ll discuss the energetics of this exciting time and how we can flow with nature to grow into more evolved versions of ourselves, honoring the wisdom that we each bring. Time will be spent outside, communing with the elements of nature in meditation, with opportunities to journal and to share with the group. You may collect materials to use in your project. We will work with Reiki energy, as a group and also individually, learning about what Reiki is and getting a chance to experience it.

Our hands on project for the day will be creating Hanging Mobiles, using items from nature, and incorporating other materials, such as beads, wire, mirror, glass, paper, fabric, etc. The mobiles will be made once we ground ourselves and connect with our source, and so the process of creating from this expanded space will be rich with opportunities for learning and evolving along with your project. We will explore the many ways we can bring balance into our lives, and experience the act of creating this balance with the mobiles as we create them.

Lunch will be provided.

We will conclude the day by sharing about our experience, around the fire outside, weather permitting.
