In this one day retreat, we will come together to bring voice and energy to our intentions and allow the bursting fertility of Mother Nature to assist us in our goals, while also grounding ourselves deeply into the present moment. There will be a focus on connecting with the benevolent guides who support us in all that we do.

This day will be a blend of Reiki meditation and energy work, time spent outside communing with the elements of nature, feeling deeply into our desires for our life, and time inside the studio working with our hands to bring to life a totem to hold the frequency of our intentions.

Springtime energies are flowing, flowering, blossoming, and inspiring. They can also feel a bit frenetic, as so much is being birthed. Allow yourself to embrace it all and step confidently into the flow, knowing that there is perfection in this moment, and you don’t have to know how it will all turn out. Come and join in a small group setting where we will all hold space for one another’s intentions and be inspired by our collective wisdom.

Each person will receive Reiki, and the energy will help direct what you create in the studio in the afternoon- a Mosaic Totem, or Guide.

Working with mosaic materials, as well as durable materials from nature, we will intuitively craft an image and, using the ‘direct method’ we will attach it permanently to a small panel which can hang on the wall or rest on a meditation altar. When we work with our hands, the intentions we hold really do transfer into the work we make, and this piece will be a keeper of your intentions during this season and beyond.

Lunch will be provided.

We will conclude the day with a blessing of our totems and sharing them around the fire outside, weather permitting.
